On the 27th of September, 20/20/20, our fundraising dinner at Aulis London, returns for a second year!
This special event brings together 20 of the UK's leading chefs for an unforgettable evening in aid of Hospitality Action. Hosted by our global executive chef, Oli Marlow, each chef will prepare and serve a snack or small plate, creating a 20-course menu like no other for just 12 guests. Read more about the event.
Aulis English Winemaker Series
We're excited to share that we're going to be hosting an English Winemaker Series at Aulis London this year. Join us for three Friday lunches across 2026, celebrating some of the very best British winemakers, including Langham Wine, Oxney Estate and Walgate.
The final part in our English Winemaker Series will take place on the 20th of November as we welcome Walgate to Aulis for a special lunch hosted by founder Ben Walgate alongside our restaurant manager and sommelier, Charles Carron Brown.

Simon x The Britannic Explorer
Simon has curated the dining experience aboard The Britannic Explorer, Belmond's first luxury sleeper train in England and Wales. In keeping with his signature cooking style, the menus showcase locally sourced, seasonal British ingredients, reflecting the landscapes and regions the train travels through.
