18 years of favourites, back for one special week only. From Tuesday 3rd to Saturday 7th March, our head chef, Tom, will be joined by Simon, and they have both invited several familiar faces from Rogan & Co’s past. Previous head chefs, front-of-house superstars, and long-standing team members will come together to bring these dishes to life once again.

Each dish on the menu has been carefully chosen not only for its taste, but also for what it represents. Alongside each dish, we will share the backstory behind it, how it came together, why it mattered at the time, and the memories that it evokes.

Aulis Phuket × GOAT | A Michelin Star Collaboration Dinner

Following our successful Bangkok collaboration in August 2025, we're delighted to welcome Michelin-starred and Green-starred GOAT to Aulis Phuket for a special four-hands dinner on Saturday 7 March 2026. Aulis Phuket head chef Charlie Wilson and chef Tan-Parkorn Kosiyabong from GOAT will unite two award-winning kitchens, celebrating exceptional local ingredients.

Bangkok's GOAT is renowned for its Thai-Chinese identity, blending Chinese flavours with European techniques. Both restaurants champion sustainability and local sourcing, working with regional farmers, fishers and artisan producers while growing their own produce.

The collaborative multi-course menu showcases refined technique and produce-led cooking, with optional pairings curated by Arsen Brahaj, winner of the 2026 Michelin Guide Service Award in Thailand.

Celebrate Mother's Day

This year, we've created a thoughtful Mother's Day Hamper filled with a West House Pottery mug, our signature candle, caramelised white chocolate, meadowsweet cake, and more.

For those seeking an experience to remember, our 'at home' Mother's Day menu features a selection of dishes to share, including our famous apple tart.

All Aboard: Simon Rogan on the Eastern & Oriental Express

Simon is the first guest chef in the Taste of Tomorrow series aboard the Eastern & Oriental Express, A Belmond Train - departing 23rd March 2026.

Joining culinary curator chef André Chiang, Simon will bring his farm-to-table philosophy on a three-night journey through Malaysia - gliding from Singapore's buzzing food scene, through lush jungle, and into Penang.

Together, the two chefs will weave Cumbria's pastoral landscape with the bold, vibrant flavours of Southeast Asia, served against some of the region's most breathtaking scenery. Beyond the table, travellers will discover Langkawi, the wilderness of Perlis Geopark, and the multicultural charm of UNESCO-listed George Town, including an immersive cooking class rooted in local culinary traditions.

Easter Feasting 'At Home'

With Easter falling earlier this year, let our chefs do all the work and take the stress out of hosting. Enjoy our special menu featuring a sharing main of 'Stuffed Shoulder of Herdwick Lamb', accompanied by delicious sides that bring everyone together.

Mark McCabe Welcomes Award-Winning Chef Roberta Hall-McCarron to Henrock This April

Roberta Hall-McCarron will join Henrock head chef, Mark McCabe, for a very special four-hands dinner at Henrock on Sunday 12th April.

The two Scots will cook a nine-course collaborative tasting menu using local and seasonal produce from the Lake District. Tickets are ÂŁ125 per person, or stay the night with our special Dinner, Bed & Breakfast package at Linthwaite House.

Charlie Tayler announced one of the Magnificent 7 Chefs

Aulis London head chef Charlie Tayler has been selected as one of 'The Magnificent Seven' - joining some of Britain's finest chefs for an unforgettable evening at Whatley Manor on April 14th, 2026.

This fundraising dinner supports The Magic Future Foundation's mission to build 100 schools in the world's economically poorest countries. Building on the success of the original Magnificent Seven in 2020, which funded 13 schools and transformed entire communities, all ticket proceeds go directly towards creating lasting educational opportunities.

A Day at Our Farm Returns for 2026

Our award-winning 'A Day at Our Farm' experience returns for summer 2026, and tickets are now live!

The experience begins with an extended tour led by Our Farm head grower, Adam, and head chef, Liam. Along the way, you'll enjoy thoughtfully prepared snacks and drinks. Afterwards, Liam will welcome you to our sharing tables - overlooking the polytunnels and growing beds - for an informal, seasonal feast.

Simon Returns to Royal Ascot 2026

Simon returns to Royal Ascot for his eighth consecutive year, taking the helm at The Parade Ring restaurant in The Royal Enclosure, a stunning dining destination boasting two private viewing balconies with spectacular views of the track. He will present a five-course seasonal tasting menu that champions his celebrated farm-to-table philosophy, bringing an exceptional dining experience to racegoers.
