Big news for Roganic and Aulis Hong Kong
The news is finally out! After five years at our Causeway Bay home, we’ll be relocating our beloved restaurants Roganic and Aulis Hong Kong to an undisclosed location with completely new dishes, an innovative menu concept, and a new look.
To mark the end of an era that served as the backdrop for a whole host of accolades and accomplishments, including being the first restaurant in Hong Kong to be awarded a Michelin Green Star, we’ll be serving two ‘best of’ menus that showcase our most iconic dishes from over the past five years for the final time. Join us for the first menu from 6th August - 25th August and the second from 27th August – 15th September.
Some of the dishes featured on the farewell ‘Best Of’ tasting menus include the Hong Kong Pea Tartlet (August 2019) with local peas, smoked cod roe emulsion, and Petrossian Royal caviar, as well as the innovative Truffle Pudding (March 2021) caramelised in birch sap, stout, and aged Westcombe. Each dish tells a story of Roganic Hong Kong’s evolution, and many more will be showcased.
I cannot be prouder of what we’ve achieved at Roganic and Aulis but like with everything in life, the time has come to change things up a little, and after five years, we gained a great understanding of the city and our customers. So, with Roganic 2.0, we will have the opportunity to adjust our offering to an ever-evolving Hong Kong audience and are very excited to push the boundaries even further in the years to come.
