Henrock at Linthwaite House is kicking off Christmas celebrations from Wednesday 4th to Sunday 15th December with a special winter tasting menu. The menu highlights the best seasonal ingredients, taking inspiration from flavours found at Simon’s international restaurants. Dishes include "BBQ ox cheeks, farm kales, preserved mooli, cranberry and sancho pepper", "Game broth, Rowland girolles, miso quail egg, dulse" and "Whitebarrow damson, toasted milk bread ice cream, sake anglaise, spiced cake."
