Mark McCabe Welcomes Award-Winning Chef Roberta Hall-McCarron to Henrock This April
Roberta Hall-McCarron will join Henrock head chef, Mark McCabe, for a very special four-hands dinner at Henrock on Sunday 12th April.
Roberta is one of Scotland's most celebrated chefs. Having trained at Michelin-starred The Kitchin, she now runs three Edinburgh restaurants - The Little Chartroom, Eleanore and Michelin Bib Gourmand Ardfern. A two-time Great British Menu finalist, Roberta was voted Scottish Chef of the Year 2025.
The two Scots will cook a nine-course collaborative tasting menu using local and seasonal produce from the Lake District. Tickets are Ā£125 per person, or stay the night with our special Dinner, Bed & Breakfast package at Linthwaite House.
