Shop Now: Our Bespoke Cutlery
Following the announcement of our 20th anniversary cutlery at LâEnclume earlier this year, we were inundated with requests to purchase some, if not all of the collection.
With the maker Alex Pole, we have chosen two pieces from the bespoke set for you to order - a butter knife and a teaspoon. Both are available exclusively in Our Shop and online.
Both the knife and spoon are versions from the collection which are used at our three Michelin-starred restaurant, L'Enclume. The pieces are hand-forged and solely created for us by blacksmith Alex Pole who uses traditional techniques and local materials. Find out more about the process.
We have very limited numbers of each, so make sure you place your order as soon as possible.
