Roganic Hong Kong x Locavore Bali
On 12-13 February, Roganic Hong Kong will welcome visiting chef Ray Adriansyah of Bali’s Locavore, currently #42 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list 2019 to showcase a special collaboration menu for 2 nights only.
“Roganic and Locavore share a similar commitment to sustainability, and to supporting the local communities we are each a part of. I am really looking forward to sharing our finalised menu, a harmony of Indonesia, Hong Kong and Europe,” says Simon Rogan.
