Roganic: The Scandinavian Series

Starting in January 2020, Simon Rogan’s Michelin-starred restaurant Roganic will host some of the world’s best chefs, with its debut collaboration series Roganic: The Scandinavian Series.

Throughout the first half of 2020, Simon will welcome a plethora of leading chefs from Europe’s culinary mecca of Scandinavia, to his Marylebone restaurant to create a special menu served for one day only. Two years since Roganic opened its doors in 2018, these collaborations will celebrate Simon Rogan’s produce-centric philosophy and cooking style inspired by the natural world, through teaming up with the international chefs who share in this approach.

Scandinavia, a destination Simon has a strong personal interest in, is a pioneering force when it comes to championing a farm-to-fork ethos and sourcing ingredients sustainably, and where many chefs own and work on their own farms. Simon Rogan’s farm, Our Farm, located in the Cartmel Valley, provides the majority of the produce for his restaurants in both The Lake District as well as in London.

The visiting chefs will work alongside Simon Rogan and his team to prepare an eight course menu celebrating their signature cooking style, whilst showcasing the stand-out produce and philosophies which have put their acclaimed restaurants on the map. Together they will use the very best seasonal produce from around the UK.

Roganic’s front of house team will carefully select wine and cocktail pairings for each dinner.
