With our first year of students graduated we are now looking to recruit for our 2022-2023 intake for our apprenticeship programme.

‘Academy by Simon Rogan’ created in collaboration with Kendal College, has been specifically designed to take students on an exciting journey into the world of hospitality through immersive hands-on learning.

We will be hosting our annual Academy open day on Monday 06th June, at L'Enclume in Cartmel, between 1.30-4.30 pm.

The open day is designed to give students considering enrolling in the Simon Rogan Academy a chance to meet members of the team, visit the restaurant and discover more about the fully accredited Apprenticeship.

As with the previous 2021-22 intake there will be up to 12 student places available for aspiring chefs and a further 12 places for those considering a career front of house.
