Skof Mincemeat

This festive season, make your mince pies extra special with our homemade mincemeat. Tom's recipe is packed full of Bramley apples, raisins, currants, spices and brandy, for an indulgent Christmas treat. Our tip - fill puff or shortcrust pastry and bake, add it to french toast or pop a spoonful to your rice pudding.
Makes around four mince pies or more if using mini cases.
As it's the season of giving, we will be donating all the profits from the mince pies to The Multiple System Atrophy Trust. Tom's dad sadly passed away from Multiple System Atrophy in 2021 and was supported by the charity throughout his illness, so this is Tom's way of giving a little back.

All our Christmas items are available for collection at Skof only. Please select a collection date and collect for 3 - 5 pm on your selected Saturday.
