Ion Harbour by Simon Rogan is Malta's only 2 Michelin starred restaurant located in the stunning Iniala Harbour House Hotel overlooking Valetta's Grand Harbour. Our tasting menu is inspired by local seasonal produce and is constantly evolving and available for lunch and dinner. We are open Monday to Sunday for dinner and Lunch on Fridays.

We are currently recruiting for a Head Waiter to join our team. The role will play a pivotal role in enhancing our guests’ dining experience by curating an outstanding offering and exceptional service to our diners.
