A unique coffee blend for all Simon Rogan Restaurants and Our Shop, developed with Simon's team of sommeliers and the expert roasters at the award-winning Dark Woods Coffee.
Our coffee is a truly bespoke blend of two types of beans. The first is a seasonally chosen Central American naturally processed coffee (a coffee dried in the cherry for sweetness and a jammy body). The second is a washed processed coffee from El Ata in Colombia, with a classic, bright and zesty character.
Carefully hand-roasted and packed, we think it's just the perfect flavour combination of blueberry and sweet milk chocolate.
Lamplight Decaf
Gently decaffeinated using the Swiss Water method. This removes the caffeine without resorting to harsh chemicals but also imparts a sweetness that resembles rich fruit cake.
